Robert J. Sauers
Robert J. Sauers, FACMPE, is the CEO of Surgical Directives. He is a fellow in the American College of Medical Practice Executives, a member of the Medical Group Management Association and BONES (The Orthopedic Practice Administrators Organization). He is also a member of the Physician Hospitals of American (PHA). He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Lock Haven University and a Master’s Degree from Edinboro University. Mr. Sauers also co-authored a book entitled “In-Office MRI: Assessment and Implementation Strategies”. With over 20 years experience in the healthcare field, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to any aspect of project development.

John Fistner
John Fistner, MBA is the Chief Financial Officer of Surgical Directives. He is a member of the Medical Group Management association and BONES. He holds a Bachelors’ Degree from Lafayette College in Government Law, with a secondary concentration in pre-med. He obtained his MBA in Finance from Lehigh University. Having held a variety of positions within the healthcare system, he is well versed in both the financial and operational needs of a practice and surgical center. Most recently, he successfully negotiated the contracts for the first Surgical Specialty Hospital in State of Pennsylvania.

Rick Schoenen
Rick Schoenen, MBA, is the Marketing Director for Surgical Directives, overseeing all marketing and public relations functions on behalf of our current partners. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing from the Pennsylvania State University, and his MBA with a concentration in marketing from Kutztown University. His background includes various management, sales, and marketing positions, having spent fifteen years in the energy industry before entering the healthcare field. He is involved in the local community, committing his time and expertise to a number of non-profit organizations.

Amy Yorke
Amy Yorke, CMM is the Reimbursement Director for Surgical Directives.
Amy has over 25 years of experience in Multi-Specialty Medical Practice Management, Healthcare Administration and Private Healthcare Consulting. She holds a Degree in Business Management and holds a National Certification of CMM (Certified Medical Manager) and is also a certified HIPAA Compliance Officer.
Amy is President of POAA (Pennsylvania Osteopathic Physician’s Assoc.), and is an active member of MGMA (Medical Group Management Assoc.), PAHCOM (Professional Assoc. Of Healthcare Management), AAMM (American Academy of Medical Management). Having spent almost 20 years in every aspect of Healthcare, she has extensive experience in the entire Reimbursement/Billing process and in Healthcare Operations and Compliance.
